A leading UK law firm is seeking aSolicitor or Senior Solicitor(1-3 years PQE) to join its top-rankedReal Estate practice, with a focus onpublic sector clients. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative team that handles some of the most high-profile property projects in Scotland.

You'll be part of a fast-paced environment, advising a diverse portfolio of public sector clients and contributing to estate management, leasing, and conveyancing services. The role also involves cross-team collaboration and participation in business development initiatives.

• Advising public sector clients on commercial property matters
• Drafting and negotiating contractual documents for development sites
• Reviewing and reporting on titles with a commercial lens
• Building strong relationships with clients and agents
• Engaging in business development and cross-selling activities
• Supporting wider real estate projects across the firm

• 1-3 years PQE in commercial property or real estate
• Strong interest in the property sector and public sector work
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
