We have an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin / Cantonese speaking Commercial Property Solicitor with a legal company in London. The business is a well known London law firm with a significant global presence, offering a comprehensive range of skilled legal services to commercial and private customers through specialised departments.

The company is seeking a dedicated, confident, self motivated, and experienced lawyer bilingual in Mandarin / Cantonese to join the property department, where they will handle commercial property activity with some residential work. The chosen applicant will have outstanding technical expertise, a strong interest in and shown competence in business growth, and a proactive attitude to risk management. The appropriate applicant will have the opportunity to advance in their career.

• Managing all aspects of commercial real estate.
• Representing borrowers in refinancing transactions.
• Granting and securing tenancies for tenants and landlords.
• 3/4 years PQE is a must.
• Technical expertise.
• A keen interest in business growth.
• Functioning experience in a dynamic organisation, as well as working as part of a team as required.
• Be able to exude self assurance and motivation.
