Salary: £45,000 to £70,000
Experience: Ideally 5 years' PQE (applications from NQ level considered with relevant experience)
Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive into its established Sheffield team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running a varied caseload, building long-term client relationships, and working in a supportive, experienced department with a strong local and regional reputation.
The RoleYou will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, with work likely to include:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and general advisory work
- Lettings and leasing
- Property finance matters
- Supporting on commercial and residential property transactions where required
You will be trusted to manage matters with an appropriate level of supervision for your experience, and to provide clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client objectives.
What We're Looking For Essential- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience handling commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work
- Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial approach
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Around 5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience), although strong candidates outside this level will be considered
- Experience of property finance and a broader transactional mix
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in being part of a team
- Salary of £45,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
