The firm's Charity and Not-for-Profit team is widely recognised for its deep sector expertise and longstanding relationships with leading charities, educational institutions, and philanthropic organisations.
Job Description- Advise charitable organisations on commercial property matters.
- Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other property-related agreements.
- Handle property acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
- Provide guidance on landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party professionals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the wider legal team in achieving department objectives.
- Qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify), with up to 5 years' PQE in commercial property
- Experience advising charities or not-for-profits is welcome but not essential
- Strong technical grounding in property law and a genuine interest in the sector
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
