WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, with a particular focus on agricultural land and partnership agreements, this will include:
• Commercial property sales, acquisitions, and agricultural land transactions.
• Business asset sales and partnership agreements.
• Property auctions, secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and surrenders.
• Pension scheme transactions, including in-specie transfers.
• Land Registry applications, first registrations and adverse possession claims.
• Section 25 notices and acting for management companies.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with 2+ years' experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and handle confidential matters.
• A proactive, independent approach and commitment to excellent client service.
Experience in agricultural property and partnership agreements would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in commercial property, agricultural land, and partnership agreements.
