Job Description

Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm in Chelmsford, Essex, known for its strong commercial client base, collaborative culture and excellent reputation.

The Role

You will handle a varied commercial property caseload, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and related agreements
Property development, including site acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Advising SMEs, investors and developers
Supporting on high-value and complex transactions

About You

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 8+ years' PQE
Strong commercial property experience, ideally gained within private practice
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
Commercially minded and client-focused
