Role Overview

A Commercial Property Solicitor is needed in Devon for a full time role offering a salary between £55,000 and £65,000, dependent on experience. The role sits within a specialist team advising developers, businesses, and investors on acquisitions, disposals, and complex lease matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload, supporting clients across Devon and beyond.
• Handle the proceedings of cases from instruction through to completion, with support from experienced colleagues.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and external professionals to provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 4 years post qualification experience as a solicitor.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
• Excellent drafting, communication and problem solving skills.
• Client focused approach with proven ability to build relationships with clients and other professionals.
• Proficiency with PC applications and ability to manage caseload efficiently.
