Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable East London law firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. Below are further details around this opportunity.

ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor LOCATION: Stratford, East London SALARY: £45,000 to £60,000 DOE / interview performance

Please note that this position would be an office-based role.

The Role

• Supporting a key housing association client, providing day-to-day commercial real estate advice
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property
• Assisting with mixed-use and residential development projects
• Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and asset management work
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate practice on complex and high-value transactions

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
• Extensive experienced in managing complex caseloads of Commercial Property matters through to completion
• A client following would be desirable but not essential
