THE ROLE:
You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance and investment transactions, private company acquisitions and disposals with a property element, and landlord and tenant matters. This role offers a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to establish and develop your own client base while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and strong experience in commercial property law. You will possess excellent technical knowledge across a range of commercial real estate matters, together with the confidence to manage your own caseload independently. The successful candidate will have strong client relationship skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines are essential.
