Job Description

Commercial Property / 5 PQE+ solicitor/senior ILEX / Nottingham / £55,000 - £75,000 DOE - An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (senior ILEX also welcome) to join a friendly, long established practice.

Our client is a well-regarded regional law firm with a longstanding reputation across the East Midlands. As part of a wider expansion strategy, the team is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Nottingham team. This role would suit an ambitious commercial property lawyer looking to join a stable and respected regional practice where there is genuine autonomy, quality work and long-term career prospects.

The Role

You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises. Matters will include:

  • Commercial sales and acquisitions
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Lease negotiations
  • Buy-to-let transactions
  • Development and refinancing matters
About You
  • At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Proven experience handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and billing targets effectively
