The firm is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification, during a seat or multiple seats within Property.

The role will involve:

• Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development work
• Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support
• Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate requirements:

• Some experience within Commercial Property
• Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
