An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Barnsley.

This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of business premises
• Agricultural land transactions
• Sale and acquisition of both registered and unregistered land
• Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters

You will have:

• 4+ years PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
• The ability to commute to the Barnsley office
