About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy and dynamic property team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commercial property background to manage their own caseload, work with high-profile clients, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking firm.

Responsibilities

• Handling a full range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
• Advising clients on commercial property transactions and associated risks
• Liaising with clients, other solicitors, landlords, tenants, and relevant stakeholders
• Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high standards of client care
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development where appropriate
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and relevant legislation
• Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
