• Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
• Handling a varied caseload efficiently and profitably.
• Building strong professional relationships with clients and other advisers.
• Ensuring matters are progressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Contributing to fee income targets and supporting departmental growth.
• Staying up to date with legal developments and continuously enhancing your expertise.
