Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a varied and rewarding role within a supportive, well-established firm? This opportunity offers a broad commercial caseload with the chance to expand into additional practice areas depending on your experience.

The Role

You'll take the lead on a wide range of commercial conveyancing matters, with the option to undertake work in company/commercial, litigation and/or employment law. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse commercial practice and advising business clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Conveyancing (Core Focus)

• Handling sales and purchases of commercial freehold and leasehold property
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant)
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

Company / Commercial (If Experienced)

• Share purchase agreements
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements
• Company restructures
• Advising on directors' duties

Litigation / Employment (If Experienced)

• Settlement agreements
• Advising employers on disciplinary and grievance matters

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE (flexible depending on experience) OR an experienced non-qualified fee earner
• Strong background in commercial conveyancing
• Additional experience in company, litigation and/or employment law is advantageous
• Confident in managing your own caseload independently
