Job Description

Do you have experience in general Commercial Property matters? Are you looking to work in a small team where you can make an impact and have lots of client contact?

This is a chance to join a small outfit but with very good quality Commercial clients and work. The role could very well suit somebody who is looking for a fresh challenge but doesn't want to join a large regional or Birmingham firm.

You will be working alongside the head of department who is very supportive, knowledgeable and experienced. The team is also supported by another lawyer who has over 2 years' commercial property experience. The team also has admin support.

The role will be hands on - you'll be involved in general landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions and disposals and also the chance to act for some very large developer clients.

The team are also heavily involved in client events, social events and business networking - making it a fun place to work with lots of opportunity to build your profile.

The Successful Applicant

The team do need somebody with Commercial Property experience. It could suit somebody with a mixed Residential and Commercial caseload looking to solely focus on quality Commercial matters. Our client will look at candidates at all levels of PQE. This could be NQ upwards but would more likely suit somebody with at least a couple of years Commercial experience.
