Commercial Property Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, Plymouth, £45,000+ (DOE) - A new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join a busy and growing Commercial Property team in Plymouth. JOB REF: 1457.
Responsibilities- You'll be responsible for managing your own files from instruction to completion, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team around you.
- Your caseload will include buying and selling commercial premises, acting for landlords and tenants on leases, property development and site assembly, refinancing and secured lending and investment property transactions
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who has strong technical skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to handle a varied caseload.
- You will have excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
