Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Office-Based or Hybrid

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established firm in Exeter. You will take on a varied caseload and play a key part in the growth of the department.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling leasehold and freehold transactions

• Advising on development, acquisitions and disposals

• Drafting and negotiating lease agreements

• Assisting with mentoring and supervising junior team members

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor or experienced property practitioner

• Have strong experience managing your own caseload

• Demonstrate commercial awareness and client focus
