Overview

We are working with a reputable and well-established law firm in Swansea seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner to manage a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and variations.
• Acting on refinancing and secured lending transactions.
• Carrying out title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders.
• Providing practical, commercial advice to a diverse client base.
• Supervising junior team members where appropriate.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid role (office-based and remote working)

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property

Salary

• £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
