Hunters Legal is working with a Market Leading Regional Heavyweight Firm to recruit a Commercial Property / Real Estate Associate to join its established Real Estate team in the Thames Valley.
Role OverviewThe Associate will work within a busy and well regarded Real Estate team advising on a broad range of commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to high quality work, close collaboration colleagues across the wider commercial practice, and clear opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on commercial property and real estate matters including landlord and tenant work, occupier matters, investment transactions and property finance.
- Acting for a diverse client base including corporate landlords and occupiers, banks, investors, hospitality and leisure businesses, retailers, industrial operators, educational and sporting bodies, and infrastructure owners.
- Managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy while working closely with senior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development and marketing activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Real Estate and wider commercial teams.
- Solid experience in commercial property and real estate matters, including complex transactions.
- Strong technical ability with good commercial awareness.
- High attention to detail and strong financial hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, self motivated and solutions focused approach.
- Interest in developing business development and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to contribute to innovation and improvements in ways of working.
