Overview

This highly regarded firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join its growing team. You will take the lead on drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts (including financial and technical schedules) and coordinating project management to ensure exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts (including financial and technical schedules).
  • Coordinate project management to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Develop expertise in procurement and contribute to business development through tenders, pitches, and client events.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and gain hands-on experience through secondments with key clients.
Requirements
  • Solicitor with Newly Qualified to 3 years' PQE, with a solid background in commercial law.
  • Strong drafting skills; ideally experience with the Model Services Contract.
  • Ability to deliver clear and practical legal advice.
  • Experience working with government departments or in public procurement is advantageous but not essential.
  • Holding Security Clearance is advantageous but not essential.
