Purpose of the Role:

The mission of Commercial Operations Service is to create and maintain efficient and high-quality service delivery within commercial operations, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders experience consistent excellence in every aspect of service. This role includes the coordination of logistics, processes, and resources to streamline operations, facilitate communication, and optimize service outcomes.

Responsibilities:

You need to enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. You will be a forward-thinking and pro-active individual working together with the local Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. This is a challenging and varied role that demands an individual with robust skills in multi-tasking and proactivity.
