Commercial Operations Manager

Freshminds is partnering with a public relations and communications advisory firm to appoint a Commercial Operations Manager to its high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth agenda.

• Supporting day-to-day business operations while identifying opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Maintaining and managing CRM data, tracking sales pipelines, and producing reports on client and business development opportunities.
• Coordinating, organising, and delivering internal and external events.
• Reviewing, interpreting, and supporting the management of commercial contracts and agreements.

• 2-4 years' experience with a background in operations or financial services.
• Degree from a leading university.
• Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data.
• Highly dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
