Commercial Manager Raw Materials Ingredients 80,000 to 110,000 Euros basic salary - Car allowance, Plus great bonus and benefits Ireland - Ashford - County Wicklow The Commercial Manager, Ireland is responsible for driving the commercial, operational, and financial performance of the business, working closely with the Managing Director, and for driving business development and acquisition activity in support of the businesses growth. Reporting to the Commercial and Operational Excellence Director, the role combines broad commercial and operational responsibility with strong local market presence, driving business performance and development to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value. Ideal Candidate: Strong commercial and management experience, ideally within a distribution or operationally focused business Strong commercial background, with clear evidence of P&L management and delivery of profitable growth • Sound understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive pressures Experience working effectively with founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses within a matrixed group structure is highly desirable Experience leading systems or process change whilst maintaining business continuity Strong financial awareness, confidence in using management information to drive decisions Your responsibilities Support the delivery of the P&L performance.
