What you'll be doing

Are you looking to use your commercial expertise to deliver impact at the heart of UK democracy? As a Commercial Manager (Services & Suppliers) within the Parliamentary Commercial Directorate (PCD), you'll play a vital role in ensuring Parliament has the goods and services it needs to operate effectively, from catering and heritage items to security and furnishings. Working across both the House of Commons and House of Lords, this role offers the opportunity to shape how Parliament delivers best value for money for the taxpayer, while supporting projects on one of the most recognisable UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the world, the Palace of Westminster.

You'll lead and support a range of commercial procurements, ensuring they meet user needs and align with category strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll manage stakeholder relationships across Parliament, advise on procurement legislation and deliver sourcing activities that keep Parliament running efficiently and sustainably.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
