Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of 50+ live projects.
• Supervise and support a newly appointed Quantity Surveyor.
• Collaborate closely with Contracts and Estimating departments.
• Report directly to the Commercial Director and participate in strategic decision-making.
• Attend monthly Directors' meetings to present reports and contribute to operational discussions.
• Oversee financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to mentor and support junior team members.
