Job Description
Overview

A key commercial management role to help grow our client's business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management
  • Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
  • Ensure adherence to procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
  • Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
  • Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to provide highest levels of customer support & service.
  • Assist as necessary with supply chain management.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing.
  • High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills.
  • IT literacy and numeric capability.
  • Ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
  • Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
