Commercial Manager - East Anglia - £45k to £55k package (depending on experience)

Salary: £45k to £55k package (depending on experience)

A key commercial management role to help grow our client's business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.

Areas of responsibility

• Commercial Management
• Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
• Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department
• Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies
• Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service
• Assist with supply chain management as necessary

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing
• High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
• IT literacy and numeric capability
• The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes
• Technical awareness of our service offering and ability to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities
