Job Description
The Role
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including commercial contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT related litigation, restrictive covenant claims and more
  • Handle matters from pre action advice through to High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings
  • Collaborate with Partners on high value, business critical disputes
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Actively contribute to firm wide initiatives and a thriving team culture
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
  • Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise
  • A client focused, solution oriented mindset - balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment
