Job Description

Ward Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a €15 million Secondary School Extension in the Stepaside/Leopardstown area, Dublin. You will lead commercial activities on a live education project and report to the Contracts Manager.

We require a degree-qualified QS with 7+ years in main contracting, a proven track record delivering projects >€10m, and strong financial management, cost reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
