Commercial Lead - Refurbishment & Regeneration (UK)

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of refurbishment, regeneration, and building-improvement projects across the UK from our Chester base. You'll own procurement, CVRs, final accounts and client relationships, while guiding a growing commercial team.

The role requires proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably in occupied-building environments, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management
