Commercial Lawyer: Structured Finance & Insurance Solutions

Macquarie Asset Management's Credit and Insurance platform is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to structure, negotiate and execute complex transactions across insurance capital solutions. You will partner with investment and business teams, balancing commercial objectives with risk management, and you will work on rated note structures, insurance-linked vehicles and reinsurance transactions.

Joining the legal team, you will collaborate with front office, product and business stakeholders,
