A well-established and growing law firm in Swindon is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor to work on high-quality matters with a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial work, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising on commercial risk, regulatory issues, and compliance
• Supporting clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, and professional services
• Assisting with corporate transactions where required
• Providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice to key stakeholders
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' PQE in commercial law (PQE flexible for strong candidates)
• Solid experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to manage client expectations
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset

NQ solicitors with strong commercial seats will also be considered.
