In this strategic role, you'll lead the commercial insight agenda across both B2C and B2B models-shaping decisions that fuel platform performance, deepen customer value, and guide future innovation.

From loyalty integration to proposition testing and B2B expansion, your insights will influence the next era of wellness commerce.

The Role:

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead the H&B&Me commercial insight strategy, driving data-led growth across B2C and B2B propositions.
  • Develop and execute a research and foresight roadmap combining behavioural, market, and platform data.
  • Guide measurement and optimisation of loyalty, personalisation, and membership initiatives.
  • Track app performance across the brand funnel-awareness to retention-identifying opportunities and gaps.
  • Deliver B2B market intelligence, from partner sizing to proposition testing and pilot evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to embed insight into strategic and day-to-day decisions.
  • Build a unified insight framework spanning CLV, churn, acquisition, and competitive benchmarks.

Location:

This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in commercial insight, performance strategy, or market research roles.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research and test design.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience linking insight to proposition and revenue growth.
  • Confident communicator with experience influencing cross-functional leadership.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Metabase, Qualtrics, GWI, or similar.
