Commercial In-House Counsel for Renewable Energy Projects

Astatine Ltd is seeking an ambitious In-House Legal Counsel to join our growing team in Dublin. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer, supporting the full project lifecycle from land acquisition to construction, financing and operations.

You'll be exposed to a broad range of legal and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, managing risk, and developing templates and processes to keep projects moving forward.
