Commercial Finance Manager

On behalf of an international organisation in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager.

The business has grown strongly in recent years, both organically and through acquisition, and has ambitious plans for further expansion.

This is a senior, highly visible role. You will lead commercial finance for a key business unit, work directly with divisional leadership, and help shape decisions that drive margin and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with SLT as their trusted finance lead, influencing both day-to-day and longer-term decisions
• Lead, coach and grow a team of analysts, building a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, and build models to support investment cases and new initiatives
• Drive margin improvement by spotting cost savings and helping the business put them into practice
• Oversee accurate, timely month-end, quarterly and annual reporting, and support the audit process

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 5+ yeards PQE with a strong commercial or business partnering background
• Experience working in a high volume, low margin MNC/ PLC advantageous but not essential
• Strong modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and exposure to FP&A or BI tools
• Confident communicator who can present complex information simply to senior, non-finance audiences
• Keen to drive change, improve processes and make an impact
