Commercial Director opportunity to work with a Leading Housebuilder based in Essex

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the division commercially, reporting to the Area Commercial Director and Managing Director.
• Within this division, the works will be all building safety projects across all existing sites covering recladding, full façade strip, internal fireworks and doors, roof replacements and any internal defects.

Qualifications

• Solid contracting and litigation experience with strong commercial acumen.
• Hands-on and proactive approach in a fast-paced division with multiple projects.
• Experience in a role with projects secured for the next 5 years and a forward business plan.

Compensation

For this role our client is offering up to £110,000 plus package which will include a bonus scheme and car allowance.
