Commercial Contracts & Procurement Manager - 6 Month Contract - Immediate Start

We're recruiting for a Commercial Contracts & Vendor Manager on a 6 month contract opportunity with a company in central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition through to payment
• Develop, issue and oversee Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
• Develop, review, negotiate and manage vendor contracts in accordance with company policies
• Ensure contracts align with business objectives and mitigate risks effectively
• Work closely with business teams to understand the required terms and conditions of contracts
• Ensure that contract requirements are resolved in appropriate timeframes
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance to company policy and procedures
• Continuous review and monitoring of contract changes and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Conduct regular vendor reviews
• Build strong relationships with various vendors to enhance service quality, cost effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiencies and reduce vendor related risks

Skill requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in contract and vendor management
• Strong knowledge and experience in contract and vendor life cycle management, contract negotiation and managing vendor relationships
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Brilliant attention to detail
