Commercial Change & Revenue Growth Manager

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Commercial Change Manager to own and drive the centralized change roadmap across multiple functions. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, balance competing priorities, and ensure alignment with sales goals.

You will design steering committees, produce executive reports for the CRO, track milestones, manage interdependencies with Ops, Marketing, Finance and HR, and define KPIs to measure revenue impact.
