Commercial & Reporting Lead - Housing Maintenance

Mears Group in Birmingham is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Officer to join our housing property contracts team. You will support the Commercial & General Manager in maintaining commercial control, delivering accurate reporting, and upholding high standards of cost control, quality and compliance.

You will also manage and develop Commercial Assistants, promote best in class practices, and help ensure value for money and excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.
