Commercial Analytics Lead - OTD & Aftersales

Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Analyst to join our IT team in Coventry, shaping Order to Delivery and Aftersales processes. You will translate commercial needs into digital solutions, working across Sales, Aftersales, Operations and IT.

You will drive requirements, define specifications, create user stories and support product delivery from backlog to release, while leveraging data insights to improve revenue and dealer experience.
