The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of business clients across commercial combined, motor trade, fleet, liability, and package policies
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client servicing duties with a customer-first approach
  • Develop and retain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of service and responsiveness
  • Support team objectives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Commercial division
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of the commercial insurance market
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve client coverage and risk management

The Person:

  • Minimum 2 years ' experience in a commercial insurance role
  • Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • APA or CIP qualification (or working towards) desirable
  • Experience working with Open GI is advantageous but not essential
