Command Centre Scheduler Team Leader

Sodexo Group in Salford is seeking an experienced Schedule & Planner Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Command Centre and ensure policies, procedures, and KPIs are met.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of administrators and schedulers, act as first point of escalation, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service standards to deliver outstanding customer and supplier satisfaction.
