To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Job Description: Under the direct supervision, the incumbent mans command center or podium as assigned to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls and maintain required log books. Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Exhibits conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures. Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner. Operates and monitors the fire alarm and security CCTV systems. Maintains accurate security incident logs. Operates and monitors all holdup alarm systems. Implements notification process in emergency situations i.e., fire, bomb threat, weather emergencies, etc. Assists in the coordination of emergency situations. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance. High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience preferred,or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to communicate with guests and other employees in a positive manner. Must be able to effectively direct vehicular traffic in parking lots/garage and entrances/exits. Ability to read and understand all company policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English. Must be able to complete standard company forms and reports. Must be able to read technical manuals. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Must be able to apply sound judgement in standard and non-standard situations with limited variables involved. Basic computer skills. Must apply for, obtain and remain eligible for the appropriate Seminole Tribal gaming License. Valid Motor Vehicle License with good driving record. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Must be able to wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position. Must be able to lift a maximum of fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
