Boxing Academy X is looking for a Gym Manager & Boxing / Kickboxing Coach to join its team and assist in opening a new gym in Tramelan. If you want to grow in a stimulating environment and contribute to the development of our members, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities - Develop and manage the daily operations of the new gym and motivate team members to ensure quality service. - Organize and lead boxing, kickboxing, and cross training classes for different levels. - Ensure the safety and well-being of members during training sessions. - Participate in promoting the gym's activities and events. - Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and manage registrations, schedules, and communications with members. Qualifications - Proven experience as a boxing, kickboxing, or cross training coach. - Experience in team management and the ability to motivate team members. - Background in sports coaching or equivalent diploma (certification in safety standards and best practices in gym management). - Proficiency in French (oral and written), knowledge of English or German is a plus. - Passion for sports and physical well-being.
