Collision Estimator: Customer Experience Champion

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Automotive Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments, prepare vehicle estimates, and coordinate repairs with insurance companies. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while aligning with the shop's KPIs and WOW Operating Way guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, 1 year DRP experience, and must obtain I-CAR training.
