As a College Services Officer, you will be at the heart of student engagement and administration. Your multifaceted role will include participating in front-line communications, producing online student communications, organising student events and activities, and assisting with student arrivals and accommodation. You will also manage the student voice, support enrolment processes, handle academic enquiries, and contribute to examination processes. The College Services Officer is pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Hours of Work: Full Time37.5 hours per week
College Services Officer Requirements:- Degree or relevant work experience
- Experience in a busy customer-orientated environment
- Ability to communicate with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
- Excellent administration skills and IT literacy
- Strong team player with a "can do" mentality and flexible mindset
