Collection Box Coordinator - StaffordshireWe're looking for friendly, organised volunteers to help coordinate a network of collection tins and daffodil boxes across local communities in Staffordshire.
This flexible role helps support fundraising by keeping donation points active, organised, and well looked after.
What's Involved- Placing and emptying collection tins in local pubs, shops, and other busy venues
- Identifying new venues and asking if they would like to host a tin or daffodil box
- Getting site permission forms signed and sharing them with the fundraising team
- Coordinating daffodil box placements during the Great Daffodil Appeal (February-April)
- Keeping your community fundraiser informed of active collection sites
- Counting and banking donations
- Completing basic paperwork
- Thanking venues for their support
- Full training
- Collection tins and daffodil boxes
- An official ID card
- To be organised and reliable
- A friendly, approachable manner
- Confidence chatting with venue staff
- The ability to keep in touch and share updates
- Flexible volunteering
- Around 2-3 hours per month, depending on how many tins you manage
