Sales and Market Development: Identify potential buyers for greencoffee (Arabica, Robusta, and other varieties). Negotiate prices and terms to maximizethe company's profitability. Maintain connections with marketparticipants to gather intelligence on market activities related to coffeetrading. Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Collect and maintain historical recordsof prices and costs for benchmarking quality, quantity, and timing of productsales. Perform market analysis to implementeffective buying and selling strategies for green coffee. Contract and Payment Management: Ensure all buyer contracts are executedas per agreed terms and conditions. Coordinate with the accounts team fortimely issuance of invoices and payment collection. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in the appointment of CHAs(Customs House Agents) and freight forwarders for timely clearance of greencoffee shipments. Support the logistics team inidentifying warehouses or tanks for storing imported coffee. Manage local transportation of cargo toensure timely delivery. Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong commercialrelationships with buyers and suppliers in the coffee industry. Leverage an existing book of business toexpand the company's reach in target sales regions. Contract Execution: Oversee the sound execution of sales andpurchase contracts related to green coffee. Work within the financial framework,including LCs and documentary collections, to ensure smooth operations. Profitability and Growth: Drive profitability and P&L growthin the assigned region through effective sales planning and execution. Plan and execute strategies for sellingspecific grades of green coffee.
