We are looking for a reliable and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to manage operations at our friendly café. The successful candidate must be comfortable working alone, have an eye for detail, display good decision making skills to increase uptake and build relationships with customers. Duties include smooth running of café, stock management, preparing and serving food to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness, safety and compliance, and providing a warm, professional service to every customer.
